The University of the Arts Singapore will hold its inaugural Commencement ceremony on 7 August 2026, bringing together graduands from LASALLE College of the Arts (LASALLE) and the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) for the first time.

This milestone is a significant moment in the University’s journey, as graduands from both arts institutions come together as part of Singapore’s first university of the arts to celebrate their achievements.

The University Commencement will be followed by separate Convocation ceremonies hosted by LASALLE and NAFA, during which graduands will be formally presented for the conferment of their degrees by their respective awarding institutions.

Graduands are required to attend both the University Commencement ceremony and their respective Convocation ceremony, from 11:00am to 4:30pm.
