The University of the Arts Singapore (UAS) will hold its inaugural Open House on 2 March, 2024 (Saturday), from 11am to 5pm at the National Design Centre (NDC). This event will feature a dialogue session with key University leaders on higher arts education; programme talks and consultations by various faculties; students’ live performances, and much more.
UAS is delighted to host Open House @ UAS in anticipation of its first student intake in August 2024, with its founding members, LASALLE College of the Arts (LASALLE) and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). This event is organised to complement the Open House events held in January 2024 by both arts institutions.
A prime opportunity for prospective students and their families to engage with faculty members, Open House @ UAS will feature talks by the various Schools within LASALLE and NAFA covering bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes.
An interactive dialogue session with key speakers includes UAS Vice-Chancellor Professor Kwok Kian Woon as well as UAS Deputy Vice-Chancellors Professor Steve Dixon and Mrs Tan-Soh Wai Lan, who are also the Presidents of LASALLE and NAFA, respectively.
